Pre-race routine:

Woke up very early 3:45 and drove to the race. I had some coffee before I left. Then had breakfast about an hour before the start
Event warmup:

Slow ride from T2 to T1 and swim start, got in the water to swim a little
Swim
  • 25m 38s
  • 1500 meters
  • 01m 43s / 100 meters
Comments:

I didn't have an anxiety attack, BONUS - my system seems to work.
What would you do differently?:

Rounding around the 2nd turn point I followed a bunch of other guys and of course everyone was going to far out, we should have had a much tighter turn. So bascially swam some extra
Transition 1
  • 01m 47s
Comments:

Failry long run from the swim to T1
What would you do differently?:

Although I used my new Tri shoes I did not get a chance to practice getting into them while they are clipped in (next time)
Bike
  • 1h 10m 34s
  • 24.9 miles
  • 21.17 mile/hr
Comments:

Overal this was my strongest performance, I did however feel that I may have given too much on the bike course as I struggled a little with the run.
What would you do differently?:

Know course better
Transition 2
  • 00m 52s
Comments:

Did not find my bike rack, this event had two seperate transition areas.
What would you do differently?:

Mark bike spot, or count racks
Run
  • 45m 44s
  • 6 miles
  • 07m 37s  min/mile
Comments:

BAD BAD BAD, came off the bike and felt tired, then I got a stitch for the first 2 miles, I had to stop twice during the first two miles. It was also hot and humid.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing really I just run badly in the heat.
Post race
Warm down:

Loads of cold water over my head :)
Usual stretches

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat, humidity and hills.

Event comments:

A very nice race for an inaugural event.
