I wanted to pace myself and not wear myself out for the 2 other events. Also kept making sure I wasn't swimming too off course!

My legs took a couple of minutes to transition from biking to running. I took it slow as to not damage my knee.
What would you do differently?:

Build up my strength in my knee to do longer runs and build up my endurance to run faster

Event comments:

This was a great first tri to do, although it was definitely longer than your avg sprint. Very fun over all:) All of the volunteers were enthusiastic and encouraging:)
