Need to figure out how to avoid cramping.

Remove my helet
Run
  • 45m
  • 4.5 miles

Comments:

It was painful due to the cramp, so I was just focusing on finishing.
I brought a bottle of water with me, good idea since they ran out of water.. and it was getting hot.
Post race
Warm down:

Strecth a lot to get rid of the pain.
DRank plenty of fluids, ate bananas and apples....

What limited your ability to perform faster:

CRAMS!!!!!

Event comments:

They need to have a better organization. Transicion area was a mess with people crossing paths from the swim, run and bike.
Not enough volunteers directing on the bike course, which was not easy with multiple turnarounds
