Comments:

very foggy at start, could not see any markers when I went off. Crowded start. Felt much more comfortable this time around (2nd open water swim). Stayed with a group, took a little bit of an inside line, but overall very good line considering the conditions. I felt good, I took it easy, came out feeling good ready for the bike.
What would you do differently?:

Start a little more to the outside.

Need to put my shoes on the bike. Need to run to/from my rack.

Felt good. Did not go all out, kept it at 85% or so. Did not push it too hard on the uphills.
What would you do differently?:

Need to put my aero drink more toward me, it interfered with my hand position.

Need to take my feet out of shoes and leave shoes on bike. Not sure where the time went. Need to clip my race number on while running. Should not have taken time to drink -- drinks were available at the start of the run course.

Comments:

Took a sip of sports drink at each mile. This worked great. I could have gone faster -- last mile was 7:33, so I had too much left. Overall, kept to my goal pace, went up the hills well, felt good. Hill at around 4.7 miles or so was a tough one.
