Rob took off pretty fast and I let him go knowing I would catch him on one of the inclines.
Saw Jim Right before the turnaround. He was in great spirits and enjoying himself.
It took me until the uphill climb on Fairfield Mile 10 miles to Catch Rob when he had to slow down to save some for the run.

Legs felt good. I had some slight side cramps again.
Was able to breathe them out. Walked through the water stations.
Took me until mile 3 to catch up with Rob and had to Sprint in to the finish line to cross the finish line with him.
Jim finished slightly behind us to mark his first triathlon.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Racine HIM last week definitely still had some soreness.
