Pre-race routine:

Found the park (I'm still new to the area!), got registered. Made a big mistake today by not drinking enough water and not eating anything before I came down for the run. Met up with Sandi and Jeanne.

Walking back to Jeanne's truck so they could drop off their schwag.

Miserable. Just miserable. But I will choose to focus on the positive...I ran up almost the entire length of that damn hill.
