Great course for the average to above average bike rider, you have to earn it on this track, race can be won on the bike here if you can throttle up for duration, sub 31:00 minute time would get you there.

Need to learn to handle down hill runs better, held back.

let her rip on the down hills.

Focus on Finish Line Sign, had a brain cramp and almost ran back through the T area, didn't want to stop, felt like another round on the run for a 6.2 / 10K.

Great home town environment, with plenty of food for all. Will do this again, well put on event by very helpful people who know how to get the job done. Weatherford YMCA folks are the best!
