Well I'm just now updating this (3/25/09). IDK why I didn't do it after the race. I'll just enter the numbers and make sure I do my RR after my races.

First swim with wet suit (no pre race practice) and no swim training for over a month prior to the race. Not a good recipe for success.

This was supposed to be 30 miles but I F'ed up and cut the course short so I'm I've recorded the actual miles that I rode. I'm lucky I didn't get DQ'ed

I went out a little fast and at about mile 3 I started cramping and had to walk several times. I was also really tired and didn't have a lot of energy.
What would you do differently?:

More consistent training! I wasn't able to really run for about two weeks prior to the race due to some nagging injuries. Better nutrition pre race and during it as well.
