Woke up at 4, ate a power bar and some bread, drove an hour to the site.

I have yet to practice in open water. I'm learning I can expect the same subpar results until I start training in OW.

Was ridiculously thirsty so I pounded a whole bunch of random fluids. Some light stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Only my 3rd race, there is a LOT of time for improvement!
