Woke up, drank a little coffee, ate two slices of toast and a little bit of oatmeal.

Walked around, soaked up the atmosphere, swam about 150 meters then stretched.

I thought I did a really good job on the bike, the hills were bigger than I expected but, I still managed over 20 mph for the course.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing...Hopefully have a new bike for next year.

For as pleased with my swim and bike, i am a little upset with my run. My pace was :45 seconds off normal pace, but, whatever, my over all time was what i wanted.
What would you do differently?:

Train better on running after a 20+ mile rides. My first mile was the slowest
