My legs were thrashed from the run. Kept it to a nice cool jog.
What would you do differently?:

train better and do some brick workouts
Also, it was my first tri so it was a good learning experience

What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of training, bad pre-race preparation (4th weekend) too much booze and unhealthy food
