when called into the water for the swim, did do the "pass the glove" drill out to start, good floating, daydreaming at the sky to be relaxed.

took time to unlock Garmin from bike for first time, ran and was trying to get it lock onto my wrist. deserves more practice.

didn't have anyone to pace push with, but felt positive during the run, especially since my left achilles felt tight. Nothing hurt/ached during run (arms, achilles, hips, knees)
