Went off in 8th wave of 10 waves. Best swim time on this race over last three years. Felt very confident. Improved by 2:37 from last year!

Start off faster--have more confidence.

Went well. Improved by 5:20 from last year. First and second mile were better than the third. I think I could have gone faster. Was really hoping to go under 23 minutes.
