this was my third straight average to below average swim. I have barely swum this year and it's pretty obvious in the water...I just don't have the speed I had last year.

I just haven't been training enough, because I probably should be closer to 8 minute miles here. I don't feel that bad about my lack of training given my priorities this spring, but I wish I had dropped a few minutes off my time.

This is really a fun course, I think. The walk to the course from the lots is long, which is really the only negative thing I have to say. I had a great time.
