got there early setup transition ate a packet of sportsbeans and a whole bottle of water bad idea

first OWS so it wasnt too bad kind of used to it at home in australia beach swimming etc

was the only person out of the 120 person sprint to be riding a mtn bike all others were on road or tri bikes so hence my ride time was 1hr 20min most of the competitors were around 50min - 1hr a little disheartning but nothing i could do unless i bought a bike
