Post race
Warm down: Unfortunately not much since the arrival area was full of activity. Walked around a bit and had a banana, some nuts, and energy drink. Great feeling to have made my goal!!! What limited your ability to perform faster: This was a just right performance for my first tri. A great starting point. Have so many areas where I know I will improve.
