Comments: I definitely have lost some conditioning since my back injury. I have to work on more miles. Post race
Warm down: Drank three joints juices, ate some tacos, and drank a flat tire. What limited your ability to perform faster: heat and conditioning Event comments: Since the Boulder Peak is Sunday, it wasn't a sell-out so the bike racks were not as crowded.
