Not much. Did a couple laps in the pool to loosen up.

Swim went really well. Didn't push too hard, but swam hard. Got slowed down a bit at the end waiting for the person in front to get out of the pool, but not more than 10-15 seconds.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. Overall, a very good swim for me.

Just a guess on time since our T1/bike/T2 split wasn't separated. I knew my bike time from my computer but not my separate T1/T2 times. No problems other than getting clipped in on bike.

Went out a little hard, averaging 23.5 to 24.5. The turns slowed me down because I was maxing out to hold >23 and I had a hard time getting back up to speed. Coming back I stayed >22.8, but with turns and such couldn't quite keep the overall 23 mph average I wanted.

Hold back just a little on the way out

Went out way too hard, got horrible side stitches. Had to slow way down to get breathing under control, then I picked back up. Could have picked the pace up earlier.
What would you do differently?:

Take it a little easier out of T2, drink more
