Lost my chain on a sharp downhill to uphill corner. Had to go back down the hill to fix chain and get clipped back in. Lost about 2 minutes because of this and lost some momentum.
What would you do differently?:

Use a straw bottle that I could drink out of better than the squirt bottle.

Had breathing problems through the whole bike and run portion. Constiction at the base of the neck made me wheeze.

I give this one a 5 because it is such a beautiful course.
