It was my first Triathlon, I knew that the swim starts are suppose to be physical but I was still suprised. I managed to keep calm and breathe properly.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe try to get infront of the pack right away. Not get stuck in the middle.

My tranition wasnt that bad. I just relaxed and sat down to get my tri suit on.

Swim with my tri suit on.

My chain came undone on one of the monster hills which added about 3 minutes off my time. Some one offered tos top and help which was nice but I told him I was ok.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure I am spinning on the hills.

During this transition I fell. I some how manage to clip my right foot back into the pedal right before I was about to hop of the bike. I took a very slow spill, luckily it was on grass.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure not to fall.

What would you do differently?:

I had a lot of energy left in me after the run of the race. I felt I oculd have pushed myself a lot harder. Now I know for future races.

Event comments:

This was my first race but everything seemed to run smoothly. The fact that I recieved an award made it that much better. Th money goes to a great a cause and you get to meet the girl who is being benefited fromt he fund raising. Lots of volunteers from the neardby towns making sure teh intersections are clear. The post race events were well organized aswell, lots of food.
