good transition, no wetsuit to deal with so went really quickly.

Seat came loose on first of three laps, had to stop and tighten it, otherwise bike went fairly well, didn't feel to good on hills, hamstring didn't like standing to climb. had to sit, which translates to slow climbing for me.
What would you do differently?:

not get hurt 4 days before the race.

hamstring started to pitch me fits on the first hill, and I struggled, had to walk and stretch hamstring several times. this run totally ruined my race. I should have easily been able to run in at 28:30 to 29 minutes. oh well, next year.

good race, overall I like this race, course is good and I love this swim, I have done it twice and have had injuries prior to it twice. I would love to race it healthy once!
