Comments: Very good swim. Much improved from last tri. I swam in the pack this time. I was out of the water in about 15 minutes. It took a little over a minute to get to the transition area. What would you do differently?: Keep on working on technique Transition 1
Comments: Had trouble snapping helmet strap and putting on socks. I put baby powder in socks which helped them slide on quicker. My heartrate was sky high and I was breathing heavily. What would you do differently?: Practice transition with a high heartrate. Bike
Comments: Trouble mounting. I had difficulty clipping in (need new cleats) and I was in a hard gear. The chain then popped off as I shifted to an easier gear. Once I got going, the ride was great. There were long stretches with a very gradual uphill and down hill. The last few miles were slightly downhill. What would you do differently?: Easier gear at the beginning and new cleats. I need to be careful cornering. Transition 2
