Pre-race routine:

Race start at 8am so 3hrs before stopped eating at all.
Between 3.30am and 5am I ate small meals for a total of ~500kcal at the end between fruits (banana and apples) and white sliced bread with light jelly.
Drank a gatorade bottle all along the breakfast time.
Event warmup:

Short warmup of 3km and 5 pickups at the end
Went to the pack 20mins before because of lot of people and I wanted to start in front.

Though downhill
Don't expect to compensate the slow uphill

Event comments:

Be prepared before going there. It is a though race even if it does not seem from the high downhill level.

Course: Very though uphills in first half and between 25th and 28th km Downhills were so deep and tight that I risked to fall several times. I could not go faster than that.
