Race start at 8am so 3hrs before stopped eating at all.
Between 3.30am and 5am I ate small meals for a total of ~500kcal at the end between fruits (banana and apples) and white sliced bread with light jelly.
Drank a gatorade bottle all along the breakfast time.
Short warmup of 3km and 5 pickups at the end
Went to the pack 20mins before because of lot of people and I wanted to start in front.
