Comments: I felt strong the entire course which was suprissing becase I have not ridden at all for about a month. I attempted half ironman pacing just to practice nutrition and pace. I did stop at three rest stops giving up about 25 minutes total, it was more of a socializing break because I havent been on much club rides and I wanted to catch up on how everyone was doing. Top speed was 35 mph and my average was about 18mph mostly due to winds and conditioning. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race

Coffee,muffin and that was it.I wasn't too worried about not getting enough food, the course had three aid stations set up.
I just made sure everything was working right just before the start with just a few loops around the strip mall.
