Comments:

Going over some train tracks, I lost my water bottle about half way through the bike. This really hurt as I hadn't taken much liquid in and didn't get any water until the transition area.

Dehydrated from the bike and couldn't make it up on the run.

drink more on the bike

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Losing the water bottle on the bike hurt but it was a short race and was able to power through.

Event comments:

Good race, many people are there to do the 1/2 ironman but with 3 race lengths, it was very well put on and a good course.
