Comments: Going over some train tracks, I lost my water bottle about half way through the bike. This really hurt as I hadn't taken much liquid in and didn't get any water until the transition area. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Dehydrated from the bike and couldn't make it up on the run. What would you do differently?: drink more on the bike Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Losing the water bottle on the bike hurt but it was a short race and was able to power through. Event comments: Good race, many people are there to do the 1/2 ironman but with 3 race lengths, it was very well put on and a good course. Last updated: 2008-07-29 12:00 AM
