Comments: Was the first person to start in the lane, I started too fast and this cause me to be out of breath on the 2nd lap. Settled down after that and swam at my normal pace. What would you do differently?: Relax. Transition 1

Comments: Bike was good, did a good job staying on pace and exceed previous average times. Got back to cadence quickly after hills. Transition 2

Comments: this did not go well, not enough training. Used up the energy on the bike. Post race
