Got up had some toast and water and Left for race.
Event warmup:

Did a little jogging and rode my bike over from farmbrook.

Good swim found clean water right away. Good swim no problems. Sun was right in your eyes after the first bouye.
What would you do differently?:

May want to swim a little harder. But overall I would not change to many things.

Long run from beach to trans area. Once in the trans zone everything went as planned.

Need to run faster to get to bike.

Nothing except go faster. I need to keep working on the engine.

Good run. It was short so just tried to keep the pace up. Legs were tired and I dont know why. It could have been because of the knee problem and not running enough. The knee was good the whole race so it is time to put in some work to build endurence again for the next race.

Knee problems for the last 4 months. But I will work on this in the off season.
