I took a water bottle and a hammer gel. LOVED LOVED LOVED the hammer gel. I still had energy for my run and the bike felt great.

I would take two water bottles.

Still had energy left for run because of Hammer Gel. Need to focus on intermittent bursts of speed throughout course to elevate pace.

Event comments:

Did not have a central area to hang out for awards presentations. No set time for award ceremony to begin. Results were layed out on a table rather than posted on a wall making it impossible to see placings easily. Other than that it was a fun course with WONDERFUL volunteers. Good cheering from crowds and very sociable fellow athletes.
