Comments: need to work on learning how to swim in a pack as well as nagivating while swimming. What would you do differently?: More strength training to increase muscle durability. Chest muscles were TANKED by the end. Transition 1

Comments: Held fast pace for entire leg. Legs were a bit tanked at the end. What would you do differently?: More endurance training and speed sprints. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Legs were a bit "saddled" from the bike. Seat may need to be changed. Run
Comments: Didn't hydrate while biking, legs were burning after first 100 yards. What would you do differently?: HYDRATE! Post race

Didn't eat breakfast (almost threw up when I tried - nerves). Got up early (3 hours of sleep) and quadruple checked my bag. Hopped in my truck and drove to park. Got their early and setup my station, got tagged and walked around taking in the experience.
Swam 5 - 10 minutes to get warm. Not sure what kind of warm-up I should have done (first time)
