Pre-race routine:

First Race. Ate a Bar and a Banana. Drank some water. Got set up in transition and tried to calm my nerves. Hung out with my girlfriend and her uncle before the race.

Streched out. Floated around a bit in the water to get used to the temp.

Dont start so close to the front. Swim more in practice.

Felt Like I was going up hill forever. But the End of the run was nice. Last 1.5 mile all down hill.

Was happy with the run over all. Train More Hills.

Warm down:

Grabbed Water. Met up with Family that came to watch. Waithed for the GF to finish. Ate Breakfast at Brookville Diner. MMMMM Egg White omlet
