Swim was great, I would like to work on my breathing, it was sloppy near the end! Stayed in a good line.

OUCH!!! Hadn't trained for it because of my hip injury. Hip and ankle felt great but just need to train for it. BRUTAL!!

Course: Wind was on my back going to the turn around and at my face coming back! Roads were alright, had to watch out for some pot holes. There was a wet wooden bridge I had to cross which could have been a death trap so I took it easy, it was slick, felt the back tire sliding!
