Set up stuff and stressed over my forgotten goggles...ps I have a pair of goggles borrowed from number 299 I would like to return and say thank you.

Was doing a 15 minute 500 meter at gym and was pretty confident...until I hit the water.

Need more practice...fell ok for first triathlon.
What would you do differently?:

Wear a suit I can run and bike in without putting a shirt on. Try without putting socks on...feet too wet took too much time...could use some hints from experienced people.

carting around 190 pounds on a 5'1" frame...time to work harder on the weight loss and of course the 40 DD twins.

Event comments:

Great for a first tri...I am looking forward to next year and of course next month...would love for jocoma and lindakc to do this one with me too!
