Got there early for neutral support. Worked neutral support up until 15 minutes before my wave start.
Event warmup:

Got the wetsuit on and did a quick warm-up in the lake. Felt pretty good.

Excellent run with power on the whole way. Feet entirely numb at first- hurt like hell. First mile in 6:36. Very good.

Not much, crossed the line, toweled off and started announcing the race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Poor swim ability.
