Swim
  • 19h 57m 10s
  • 880 yards
  • 2h 16m 02s / 100 yards
Comments:

The water was really warm, and the sun was blinding, which made it hard see where I was going.
Transition 1
  • 01m 13s
Comments:

The boat ramp was extremely slippery, and I almost took a volunteer down with me who was trying to help us out!
Bike
  • 01m 6s
  • 17.5 miles
  • 954.55 mile/hr
What would you do differently?:

Train harder and prepare for the hills. Drink more during the ride!
Transition 2
  • 00m 32s
Comments:

I ran into the wrong set of bike racks! Ended up putting the bike through the front instead of the back
Run
  • 30h 25m 30s
  • 3.1 miles
  • 9h 48m 52s  min/mile
Comments:

The last two water stations were empty by the time I arrived, and that made the run harder for me, especially because I hadn't drank enough on the bike already.
Post race
Event comments:

There were water stations but they needed more water available because some were empty during the run. However, I really enjoyed this race. Everyone was so nice and friendly to me, and explained things I didn't understand (this was my first race). I will definitely be returning next year!
