Pre-race routine:

Small breakfast then fast walk to the starting point. It was cold so I just went inside to stay warm till the start.

Comments:

I ran with two friends, I was scared about my knee but it felt really good for the entire run except maybe the last 3-4 Km but I figured that's because they were tired like the rest of my body ;) We had a really nice pace overall, my goal was under 2h15 so I am really happy that we made it.
What would you do differently?:

Train more, so I can run a sub 2hrs half-mary eventually :)

Warm down:

Walk a little then head to the hotel to take a shower so I could be back by the finish to see my friend finish his mary

Event comments:

I am really happy that I finish my first half mary and that I reach my goal, now I can't wait to get back on the training to get better run time for the next one
