Arrived a little late so I didnt do anything planned. Mostly jumped around and streched before the swim.

I got my feet on top my shoes. I think with a little practice I could do that much faster.
What would you do differently?:

I have not practiced jumping off a moving bike. Maybe I will try that for next year.

The course is not as flat as I thought.
What would you do differently?:

I will definitely try to start my run faster. I think running the first half hard and coasting on the downhill second half will result in my best time.

Warm down:

None as usual.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I needed to do more VO2 max rides to prepare for the bike. My overall conditioning was a little low this year. But I paced better than usual.

Event comments:

Good race I always like this one. I am embaressed to have received a drafting penalty. Although, I dont think I did it. I will be more careful next time.
