Comments: The deep water treading water start was new for me. Also, kept getting behind pairs of people so would have to swim farther and faster to pass them. What would you do differently?: Need to get into my rythm faster. Transition 1
Comments: There was a long run from lake to T1. Also, my bike was too tall for the bars, so had to really finagle the bike out of the rack. Otherwise it was fine. What would you do differently?: Rack bike on handlebars instead of seat. Take suit off at water? Bike
Comments: Lost my water bottle before 1/2 way done. Got very tire legs doing the 2nd to last hill, then was fine for the finish sprint. What would you do differently?: Not lose my water bottle. Transition 2
Comments: Same problem with bike racking. SPent some time getting hammer gell undone and open. What would you do differently?: Rack bike differently. Run

Warm down: Snacked, mingled, small stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Did not eat right Saturday or Sunday morning. bike rack really got to me. Breakfast of Cheerios with Banana and 1 cup of coffee. Should have had more as after my warmup swim I was a little light headed. Had 1/2 a peanut butter sandwich and felt much better.
