Swim
Comments: WHY can't I get this swim under 30 min????? What would you do differently?: um, don't know - I thought it went pretty well except for that woman who tangled with me and we headed off course.. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: hopefully not have a sore hamstring coming into T1 Bike
What would you do differently?: get the bike under an hour - I left too much 'in the tank' so I could mentally get thru the run Transition 2
Comments: I was surprised when I saw the results and that it took me more than 2 min for T2. Thought I'd gone about as fast as possible given my left hamstring.. What would you do differently?: not sure - I think maybe I looped around the racks too far - I always get the run out wrong!! and nobody stops me.. Run
Comments: not bad.. In fact I was surprised when I came to mile marker one and I was still running/not in severe pain What would you do differently?: not be injured???? Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: 4 month old hamstring pull Event comments: Love this race, love this venue but why don't they ever have any beer left when I finish?? I worked just as hard as everybody else (maybe harder since I'm old and fat) Race report: http://anetmarie.livejournal.com/61246.html#cutid1 Last updated: 2008-08-19 12:00 AM
