Comments: Wow i had no idea what to expect distace wise, considering it was my second tri ever. I absolutely sprinted the last 1000m because i realized i had lots left in my legs...which isnt always good. What would you do differently?: Learn to pace properly and give it my all. ![]() Post race
Warm down: drank a shitload!! What limited your ability to perform faster: not pacing my run correctly Event comments: Didnt know i had won it because there was so many duathletes everywhere while on the race course. Arrived on site with a flat front tire.... lucky my buddy (joe mcgill) had a spare tube. Quickly replaced it and was very excited to startup my second tri.
Did some running around to get tire fixed....then did a quick bike, and several running drills to get the heart going.
