Had a cup of yogurt, milo and bread with peanut butter
Event warmup:

Did light jogging and dynamic stretching before the race starts.

Comments:

It was a good run overall. Followed Jancy who set the pace up to about 13km. Felt tired after that so slowed down for the next 5km before I picked up speed again and run all the way out to the finishing from 20km onwards.
What would you do differently?:

Warm down:

Didn't have much opportunity to warm down cause it was quite crowded and there were too many friends to catchup after the race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not enough mileage for long distance. Could have done better if I am able to sustain the speed with Jancy.

Event comments:

The entertainment along the run route is quite good this year.
