I got to the checkin in at about 5:45 will still dark and a bit chilly

considering my righ calf was hurting I was pretty pleased I never stopped once on the run.
What would you do differently?:

get my running times down more

Warm down:

walked around tried to get the right calf to stretch out a bit and not be sore

What limited your ability to perform faster:

a few things jsut need more experience and the bee sting took a few minutes out of me and then the right calf aching a bit.

Event comments:

considering this is my 3 triathlon ever it was also my best. It was great weather and I loved it all
