Comments: I found this bike to be difficult. Right out of transition I couldnt get my HR down because of the initial climb. I drank 2 bottles of gatorade which haunted me with cramps. However I just had my bike professionally fitted, and this made a huge difference in comfort and average speed. I highly recommend this to anyone who will be biking long distance. What would you do differently?: Train more, drink less. Transition 2

Comments: I felt like hell for most of the run. Probably from drinking too much on the bike and the exertion. Had a hard time on the uphill near the turnaround point. What would you do differently?: Train more. Post race
Warm down: Layed on grass. Stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: Exhaustion Event comments: Despite wanting to die 1 mile into the run, I had a good race. Setup transition in the rain. Tried to keep as much stuff dry as possible which was pointless. Drank some gatorade and had a powerbar.
Walked around looking at the course. 100m swim to loosen up.
