Comments:

um. rain. the run went really well. from 10-13 knees were aching really bad. lower back hurt 11.5-13. i'm amazed i was able to keep the pace given the amount of extra weight due to wet clothes, socks, sneakers. i was by myself most of the mileage, so i paid attn to my watch the first 2 miles to stay at a slow pace to not get hyped into running to fast too soon. i followed someone for a long time who was running at a pace i liked, wanted to run at, and felt comfy doing. on the race course these side people spray my legs with bengay or something. it was awesome!!!
What would you do differently?:

have it not rain.

walked... bounced to keep warm while i waited for my bro

What limited your ability to perform faster:

um. the rain. but it made me haul ass

i placed 2649 of 6283 of the girls. I beat my time from last year 2:09 and i beat my brother!
