Pre-race routine:

Had half a bagel and orange juice for breakfast.
Event warmup:

Walked around and took in the atmosphere. Raced back to the hotel room in a frenzy as I realized 10 minutes before the start that we had not put the timing chips on our shoes!

Had a great day. It was my wifes first half. She walked the first 10 and ran the last 3.1. I'm so proud of her!
What would you do differently?:

Maybe push just a bit harder. I was coming off a week of being under the weather and wasn't sure what to expect.

Warm down:

Walked and stretched. Had a banana, orange, bagel, and some chocolate milk.
