Had cereal and a banana. Set up my area and got on the bus for the swim

Went slow at first but picked up the pace. The last mile, especially 1/2 mile was great, probably had too much left in the end.
What would you do differently?:

Run harder, push myself more in the beginning.

Warm down:

Grabbed some water and walked around. Loaded up and went home (I had to work in the afternoon, yikes!)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing really, just gotta keep on training!

Event comments:

Really well put together and organized. I like transition areas that are pre-set so it's not a free for all. Good race!
