Comments: Stumbled all over myself. First time in 4 months that I've been on a bike, much less my tri-bike. What would you do differently?: Not use socks. I had to take off my socks for my bike shoes. Bike
Comments: Had a bit of a slowdown when it turned out my aerobars weren't secure. I noticed they were lower than usual, but when I tried to go aearo, I was suddenly looking down at my front wheel. I had to pull off and retighten my bars for safety reasons. Took me forever and a day to clip back in. I was really surprised at how much my knees hurt on this little ride. What would you do differently?: Learn to run without socks. Transition 2
Comments: Sat down to take off bike shoes and put socks back on. Run

Warm down: Stretching. 25 oz water, 20 oz gatorade. Watermelon slice. What limited your ability to perform faster: Injury and not training for four months.
