Comments: This is my last race with baskets and running shoes for bike portion. Stepped on the strap for my basket. Took me about 400 yds to get up to speed on bike. What would you do differently?: I bought clipless Bike
Comments: Passed about 10. Was passed by only 3. That felt good! What would you do differently?: Hydrate less. I gained a pound during the race. Fix my aerobottle straws (that I got from my wife) and adjust my seat to make pumping in aero more comfortable. Transition 2
Comments: Quick transition because of wearing running shoes for bike segment, but i really leapt off the bike and jog-hobbled well to my rack. Run
Comments: Felt even slower. Couldn't even make it two minutes straight without a 30 second walk. Only really felt decent in the last 1/2 mile. What would you do differently?: Training runs over 5 miles and up Post race

Slept poorly...hurt back at volleyball previous night...4 AM up at bagel with peanut butter sipped gatorade (both were on nightstand...snoozed until 4:45...found shoes, shirt, bag with nutrition stuff...got together with carpool
