Pre-race routine:

This race had a 9am start and was close to home. I didn't have to get up ridiculously early, what a treat! Ate PB and banana on mini bagels, a large glass of water, drove to the event. Set up stuff and socialize. This is my last race of the season.
Event warmup:

Nada. I haven't found any real purpose for this because I warm up, then go in a late wave and am un-warm by the time I go.

Had to take the timing chip off my ankle. I think I am going to cut 2-3" off the legs of the suit.
