Comments: it was really rough and I had a hard time staying on course. alot of guys were in my wave and I hit I don't know how many others. I'm still holding back, thinking I'll burn myself out and not pushing it. What would you do differently?: swim faster Transition 1
Comments: ran into the trans, put on the helmet and took off on the bike. jump mounted it and rode till i got up to about 17 mph before I put my cleats on. It was a good idea to do that, cause I passed a few guys who were still strapping in. What would you do differently?: nothing Bike

Comments: had feet out of the shoes while riding the last few feet. dismounted and my shoe came out of the pedal so i had to stop and go back for it. I kinda screwed around to be honest while putting my shoes on. What would you do differently?: Damm cleat came off and slowed me down a few seconds Run
Comments: once I got out and started running, i think i held back, by around mile 1.5 my calf hurt *(which i injured and kept me off training for 2 weeks) so once it started hurting, i kinda slowed down, not wanting to re-injure it. so i think i could have pused a bit harder. As I crossed, my wife said that I didn't even look tired. What would you do differently?: give myself ample time to heal and get over this injury. Post race
