Comments: Had to stop about 5m in and check rear tire...for a while it felt like it was made of lead. No issue, may have been brakes. Legs felt very tired entire time, did not feel strong going up hills. That said, time was almost 4m better than last year, so the suffering was worth it. What would you do differently?: Not stop. Comments: Felt pretty good, legs had a lot of life in end. Surprised that time wasn't 30s better. Went out strong which helped. What would you do differently?: Push harder in beginning. Post race
Warm down: Stretch, food. What limited your ability to perform faster: Phantom tire issue, perceived fatigue in legs on bike. Event comments: Good race. I knocked off more than 8minutes off my time from last year, which I am very happy about (my goal was to knock off 6mins).
